Conair Super Jumbo Roller Set Review

Hey there! I hope all of my fellow students had a lovely first week back at school! Mine was alright, still getting used to early classes in the morning! Anyway, since the time I have in the morning is limited, I was looking for a solution to get my hair done. Quick. My hair is naturally straightish with some random kinks and doesn't look good when I don't straighten it because the hair around my face curls! When I thought of quick curls, hot rollers immediately came to my mind since I could easily leave them in while I do makeup to save time. So I ran to my local Walmart and picked these out! It's the Conair Super Jumbo Roller Set, which I think is ideal for getting cute, fast, on the go curls.

Conair Jumbo and Super Jumbo Roller Set
This comes in a set of 12 rollers (8 Jumbo 1", 4 Super Jumbo 1.5") which is enough for all your hair. I've got super thick hair and it's enough for me, so it should cover most people. It also comes with the roller pin holders, which doesn't always hold the roller in. Clips are your best bet! I usually leave these in for 30 minutes or until completely cooled so the curls retain their shape for longer.

Pros:
1. Creates perfectly bouncy, loose curls.
2. Quick and easy to use, and you can do other things while leaving in to set.
3. Affordable and Accessible at $35 for whole set from Walmart.
4. Adds a ton of volume for those with thin hair.

Cons:
1. Curls don't last all day, although hair stays looking "done" all day long.
2. Requires hair spray to last more than 3 hours.
3. Takes some practice to master using these!

Natural Hair - Almost! I straightened the bits around my face in the morning.

All them rollers in my hair!

The results! I love the loose, effortless curls they give.

In conclusion, I definitely do recommend these as they're great quality for the price. The curls do last longer than a couple hours with some heavy hairspray and are probably a little less damaging than using flat irons or curling irons. Since they're relatively affordable and easily accessible, don't hesitate to give it a try!

I also purchased some Revlon Colorburst lippies this weekend! They were on sale for 5$ each at Shoppers Drug Mart; the deal is still on until Thursday this week!
