My First Attempt at Nail Art

So last week when I was getting a manicure at my local salon, I took a super close look at how the nail technician was doing my nails! I found it so cool that she did all the steps, and made my nails look super healthy even before polish! So I decided to buy my own stuff and do it myself :) Honestly, my background on nails isn't much, and I'm ashamed to say that since I'm such a makeup junkie! Until now, I only own about... 15 bottles, which isn't much at all! So yesterday I took a trip to Sallys and bought cuticle oil, cuticle remover, base coat, and the super famous Seche Vite top coat! This is going to be my first attempt at doing nail art, and for a noob like myself, they turned out quite alright IMO!

They're supposed to be little blue flowers with a white center. What do you think? I'm going to continue working on nail art because I find it so cute, and I absolutely love having such intricate designs on my nails :)

I used China Glaze's Sexy in the City for the dark blue base, their For Audrey for the petals, and White on White for the center.

Love, Erica xoxo
