Bare Minerals MATTE Foundation Review & Tutorial

Hello ladies! Here's the review for the Bare Minerals Matte Foundation that I promised!

What it is:
A revolutionary, 100% pure bareMinerals SPF 15 mattifying foundation that delivers a flawless, natural matte finish that lasts all day and provides extraordinary skincare benefits.

What does Erica think?
I LIKE it, but I dont LOVE it. First off, on my this foundation doesn't keep me matte all day, but it does for about 6 hours, after that, I get a bit oily, but it's not something I can't stand. On my dry skin, this doesn't seem to stick very well, but still works as to giving me the perfect low coverage that I need. To me, this is very similar to the MAC MSF Natural, but it's slightly more expensive. However, this is definitely not for ladies who wish to have medium-full coverage or for those who wish to cover up acne. In conclusion, this is a great foundation for those with normal-combination skin with little to no blemishes.

Packaging?
I really like how the BE Matte is an improvement from the original formula, but this one features a packaging with a lock to prevent excess foundation from coming up and causing a mess. However, it doesn't prevent it 100%, but still does the job.

Where to get/price & size?
You can buy this at Sephora stores, Sephora website, and Bare Minerals website. It comes in a 0.2 ounce sifter jar, and costs $28.00 USD & $35.00 CAD.

  1. I hate that I can't use Bare Minerals because it contains bismuth oxychloride, which irritates mine and many women's faces.
